Individual Yoga Therapy is tailored to address the client’s specific goals while considering the client's unique body composition, limitations and their chronic or recurrent health challenges and its scope goes much further than a yoga class which is much more general. The practices that a yoga wellness coach recommends can include gentle movements, no movement at all, a vigorous physical routine, a relaxing breathing technique or meditation or any combination of yogic tools like these. It all depends on what the client needs to increase their health and well-being. Possible recommended tools may include; healthy eating and cleansing practices, morning and evening routine adaptions, yoga asanas(movements) sequence, relaxation and restorative yoga sequence, energy awareness and pranayama(breath), positive affirmations, visualizations, introspection, reflection, journaling, mindfulness and more.
