First, full belly breath, exhale, left nostril (close with a finger)
Inhale, left nostril
Exhale, right nostril (close the left with a finger)
Inhale, right nostril
Root chakra affirmations;
exhale-Just for today I let go of all fear and worry
inhale-I am faith
Sacral chakra affirmations;
exhale-Just for today I let go of all anger and frustration
inhale-I am peace
Solar plexus chakra affirmations;
exhale-Just for today I am humble
inhale-I give thanks or I am thankful
Heart chakra affirmations;
exhale-Just for today I am honest in my work
inhale-I am grateful
Throat chakra affirmations;
exhale-Just for today I am kind and compassionate to self and all others
inhale-I am true to self
Third eye chakra affirmations;

Complete with 3 full body breaths imagining the light of the moon traveling up the left side channel of body and the sun light traveling up the right side channel of the body extending out through crown into the universe and reverse as you exhale feeling, seeing or knowing the light to travel down and out the feet into Earth.
